1. Do not spam
We ask that you please refrain from spamming. This includes spam in our self advertisement channel. We ask that you wait to repost your ad until at least 3 other servers in front of yours have posted.

2. Do not advertise your servers
Do not dm advertise as this may lead to a ban. You may however advertise in ⁠🧩・self-advertising. Please just follow the rules set for our advertisement channel. Do not advertise your server in any other channel.

3. Do not commit illegal activities, break discord ToS, or break RealmBot ToS
We ask that you please refrain from committing any acts that could be illegal. We also ask that you follow discord ToS as well as RealmBot ToS.

4. When receiving support from our team, make sure to follow all directions
If you are receiving support we ask that your provide all relevant information to your problem so that we can address it in the best way possible. Please also make sure to follow what our support team tells you to do.

5. Please use the appropriate channel
Please make sure to use the correct channel based off your current topic.

6. Please refrain from pinging someone unless you have a good reason
Please do not ping anyone unless you have a good reason behind it. Do not ghost ping as it may result in a ban. Please do not ping our developers as they are busy.

7. Do not ask for code to our bot
We do not hand out code to our bot as this is a closed source project.

8. Do not abuse our ticket system
Please do not spam ping members of our support team. We also ask that you withhold from spamming new tickets. We will help you as soon as we can.
9. Do not post NSFW
Posting NSFW content will result in an immediate and permanent ban from RealmBot Support Server.

10. Please refrain from cussing in an excessive manner
We ask that you keep your cussing to a minimum. It is allowed, just keep it minimal.

11. Do not be toxic
Please do not send hateful or inappropriate messages.

12. Do not ping the developers
Never ping the developers unless you have prior approval. This can result in a mute and up to a ban.

13. Use common sense
In all situations please try to use common sense to the best of your ability. This will help keep the server safe and fun.
